Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a customized service for employers, employees and qualified dependents.

The EAP provides confidential assistance to employees with personal problems that interfere with their ability to function at work.  It allows employees and their family members having behavioral, adjustment, and/or substance abuse issues to readily access professional assistance at minimal or no cost to themselves.

The primary purpose of this program is to assist employees through educational and counseling approaches which are tailored to meet specific individual needs.

Eligible persons may enter the program as a self-referral, supervisor referral or company policy referral.  Self-referralsmay voluntarily seek information and services on an entirely confidential basis.

Participation in the EAP will not jeopardize job security or promotional opportunities.

This valuable program helps employees address and overcome individual problems while helping employers keep valued employees.
